In order to ensure smooth operations it is indispensable to keep the conveyor belts under continuous care and maintenance. Conveyor belts are often exposed to heavy stress. This leads to wear and tear on the belt, surface damage or even holes.

Repair such damage with our repair material for cold repair of belts fast and efficiently, thus maintaining your conveyor belt system in good operational condition. Repair strips and diamond patches with a contact layer on one side and with or without re-enforcement are available for cold repair. Filler rubber and repair fabric (EP 200) with contact layers on both sides complement our range of repair materials.

Additional information: For optimal results in the appropriate and correct cold repair of belt damage, we recommend using our repair material in combination with our high quality germanBond® two-component industrial adhesives. Our well matched adhesive systems guarantee best reliability and a long running time.
